Return & Refund Policy


Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:
• Custom or personalized items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Used or damaged goods (unless defective on arrival)

Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Exchanges:
• We replace defective or damaged items free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping:
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
